WEEKLY INSIGHTS

Your week,
written back to you.

Every Sunday, The Peachy Life writes you a short report about your week, in plain words.

It only writes once you've switched on AI features, and it never diagnoses.

From five inputs to one page.

Sleep and activity (optional), food and goals, mood logs, journal themes and the weekly check-in come together in one weekly report.

SUNDAY · YOUR WEEK
WHAT STOOD OUT
On the four days you wrote about work, your mood sat lower than on the days you didn't.
YOUR EXPERIMENT FOR THE WEEK
One small thing to try for seven days, built on what went well.
A STRENGTH THE WEEK SHOWED
Because it starts from what went right.

WHAT'S HELPED BEFORE
Tools and approaches you've already told the app work for you.

Needs five days with a mood log. No wearable needed.
Each report says how many days it used and where every observation came from.

One readable
page.

Most mood apps give you a chart and leave the meaning to you. Weekly Insights puts how you slept and moved next to how you felt and what you wrote, on one readable page.

How it's written, and what it never does.

Every observation traces back to data you gave. Seven days can suggest a pattern but can't prove one, so reports describe what happened together, not causes.

  • No diagnoses or clinical labels
  • Never written without your consent
  • Never shames gaps in your logging
  • Wellness, not therapy
  • Crisis support always one tap away, never paywalled

Quick answers.

How often does the weekly insight arrive?

Once a week. Each Sunday, The Peachy Life reads your week of mood logs, journal entries, sleep and the other signals you have chosen to share, then writes a short personal report about what stood out in your week. There is no daily report to keep up with.

Why haven’t I got a weekly insight yet?

A report needs enough of your week to say something real: at least five days with a mood log in the week. After about a week of logging, your first insight appears. The more days you log, the richer the report.

Do I need a wearable for weekly insights?

No. Mood logs and journal entries are enough for a report. If you connect Apple Health on iPhone or Google Health Connect on Android, sleep and activity can become part of the picture too. You can connect or disconnect them at any time.

Does the weekly insight diagnose anything?

No. The report describes patterns in your own data in hedged, everyday language. The Peachy Life is a holistic wellness and self-knowledge tool. It is not intended for use as a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, screen for, monitor, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. For medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Crisis resources are always one tap away and never gated.

Is my journal used to train AI?

We don't use your data to train or fine-tune any AI model ourselves. To write your report, relevant text is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic in the United States, and only after you accept AI features. Our AI and your data page sets out exactly what is sent.
