Guides and articles

How we write our guides.

Our guides offer general information for everyday wellbeing and self-knowledge. We use AI assistance, check what we publish and keep a human decision before publication. They are evidence-informed where sources support them, and they do not replace professional care.

Policy updated .

What happens today?

AI helps with drafting and editing. James reviews website changes and decides whether to merge them. Nothing reaches the published site without that human merge. AI can make mistakes; neither a code check nor an AI review guarantees accuracy.

Our code checks validate article metadata, dates, links and permitted Markdown. Website checks cover claims, FAQs, anchors and Australian spelling. Before a content change becomes a publication pull request, our workflow requires a separate AI claims and safety review against our product fact sheet and editorial rules. This is an editorial check, not medical review by a clinician.

How do we use sources and dates?

New guides include sources so you can read the underlying material. We aim to use public-health guidance and research that is relevant to the question, and to describe uncertainty plainly. The five original guides retain their original wording and dates; where no source list was recorded, we say so rather than invent one.

The published date records the article's publication date. The updated date records a content change, not the day the website was rebuilt. A scheduled guide becomes visible on its Sydney publication date after it has been merged and the site has rebuilt.

What is still planned?

The planned blog pipeline will propose topics from research and an approved calendar, gather sources, draft to one of our three stream briefs, check claims and safety, edit the copy and prepare a pull request for James. Those automated research, drafting, calendar and publishing stages are still being built. This page does not claim that a daily automated writing service is already running.

What are the limits?

We write about holistic wellness, patterns and self-knowledge. We do not diagnose, offer treatment or promise outcomes. Our AuDHD and neurodivergent-life guides use a lived-experience perspective. If something is worrying you or affecting daily life, speak with a GP or qualified healthcare professional.

Every guide links to crisis support. The Peachy Life is not a crisis service.

Corrections

If a guide has an error, missing context or a link that no longer works, contact us through support with the guide's URL and what needs attention. We review corrections through the same website change and human merge process.
